All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been prepared for shipment.

2. Payment Method

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make payment in full upon delivery.

3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Local Deliveries: 3–5 business days

  • Regional/National Deliveries: 5–8 business days

Please note that unforeseen delays such as weather conditions or logistical issues may affect delivery timeframes.

4. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery team will attempt to contact you prior to delivery. If the delivery cannot be completed due to unavailability or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned, and future orders may be declined.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly communicated at the time of order placement. We occasionally offer free shipping as part of promotional campaigns.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
